Gratitude makes a great attitude!

Learning to be grateful for who you are and what you have
can impact your life in a great way!

Don't keep your gratitude to yourself!
Express yourself!

When you feel thankful, say it out loud, draw a picture, or put it in a letter.

Activity Idea:  At dinner you can share your gratitude with your family!
Go around the table, listen as everyone shares one or two things for which they are thankful!

UPES Students - Tell us what you are thankful for, and how
you have expressed your gratitude?
